How I Work
Since I started working in Real Estate back in 2018, I’ve helped hundreds of clients navigate the Real Estate market to find the property that best meets their needs. Regardless of whether I am working with clients who are renting, buying or selling, I take the same relationship based approach and treat everyone equally.
This approach consists of:
1. Understanding: The reasons why my clients are moving, their past experiences with the real estate industry, their hobbies/occupation and what they are looking for in their next home. I do this by actively listening.
2. Recognizing: That while a home consists of four walls, it is actually something that is a feeling and is different for everyone. As such, the search process comes loaded with a variety of different emotions which are impacted by ones current and past experiences.
3. Respecting: My clients and whatever stage of life they are at. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients of all backgrounds and lived experiences, including newcomers to Canada and Canadian citizens. From students to young professionals starting their careers in Toronto, and from young families to retirees.
4. Communicating: By connecting with my clients on a personal level instead of the transactional level, that many real estate agents take, I am able to communicate effectively with my clients and other Realtors ® to ensure that we succeed in achieving my clients real estate goals!
